amazing stay!
friendly staff clean room comfy bed
I found the hotel to be a proper Spanish experience! the staff were friendly, always eager to help, made a real difference. the rooms were spotlessly clean. It was clear the staff take pride in keeping the place well-kept. the beds were comfy too!!!
the tv in the room offered mostly spanish channels, but that didn't really spoil my stay.

leaking air conditioning inedible breakfast
the location was acceptable, it was within walking distance to various shops.
The air conditioning leaked in my room. the breakfast buffet was not edible. It lacked variety and quality. i also had to pay extra for using the safety deposit box in the room.

helpful staff amazing pool clean interior
the staff were helpful and lovely. the pool was amazing and deck chairs were always available. the hotel was clean inside and out.
tv channels in the room were mostly spanish.

ample sunbeds sufficient shade super clean environment relaxing atmosphere
The poolside area featured ample sunbeds. There was also sufficient shade. A mix of grass with palm trees and concrete areas created a relaxing atmosphere. The cleaning staff was lovely.
The hotel had mostly older guests that were judgmental of younger tourists staying.

The location was very good. A walk down the hill took you to the strip. You can continue to the beach with good places to stop, eat, and drink on your way.

helpful staff convenient location fine beach poolside shade
i found the staff very helpful. the location is near many bars and shops. the nearby beach is fine, about a ten minute walk! the poolside area had plenty of sunbeds and shade.
The hotel seemed a bit older looking though the interior was very clean. i didn't mind this aspect much.

the breakfast buffet was adequate with many options. i found the breakfast and, in general, the meals and buffets correct. lots of activities were prearranged for the guests, useful.

the room was spotlessly clean and well maintained . i had a twin room, and it felt quite spacious, all rooms include a balcony. the beds were also very comfortable.
